Although most of our TV watching time has been used up with Veronica Mars and Supernatural lately I did squeeze in Storm of the Century a couple of days ago.

not bad - not great - (it got silly in the end - and the Maine accents were distracting as hell) but it was worth watching for Colm Feore who did a nice job with a ho hum role.

duh .. figured there should have been one of these - i looked for it - in the wrong place ..

I would like to say it was Frontier(s), which I watched for the first time last weekend, however I have to reluctantly admit that it was Troll which I saw last night. I wanted to see if it was as entertaining as I remember it being from my childhood. And if you couldn't already guess from my tone, it wasn't.

Maelstrom just had me watch that about a month ago. I was surprised with how much I liked it, but yeah, the accents? Ugh.

We just watched... uhm... now I don't remember the name. It was a Ghost House movie about parasites in remote Alaska.

I combated the dreadful Saw V with Paranormal Activity and House of the Devil.

Weeeee, last night I saw the Shining. Definitely a classic film for the entire family.
