Default The Walking Dead

I am late to the party on this one. Damn it is good. I have finished book four in the trade paperbacks.

The writing is great. The book creates an amazing sense of loss and despair. The survivor’s experiences are incredible. You can’t tell who will live or die. The writer pulls no punches.

If you have not read these check them out as soon as you can!

Ya, I was late to this one as well. Just started picking up the graphic novel collection about three months ago. I have to say that the series is amazing. To me, it's much more than a series of zombie-based horror comics. It's a story about the surviving members of a zombie holocaust and how they cope with life. Very romero-esque.

Late reply, yes, correct that it is coming to IFC and Remender will be a producer and Frank Darabont will be involved, most likely directing. Very Exciting!

i would never buy the comic - but i do like the collected works in the graphic novels.

been enjoying the series (i have up to vol 9) my only beef is that they are too small. you just get going and they end.
